Privacy policy

This policy explains how Laneway Commerce handles personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, brand name, website and the details you choose to give us. If you become a client we also hold contact and billing details and the access you grant us to your store and accounts.

How we use it

To reply to you, quote, deliver and support our work, invoice you, and meet our legal obligations. We don't sell personal information and we don't add enquiries to marketing lists.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business, such as our email delivery provider, website host and accounting software. Some of these store data outside Australia. We only use providers with appropriate security and privacy commitments.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing hello@lanewaycommerce.com.au. If you're not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
